Our Brussels office is looking for two talented Mid-level Associates to join our Corporate and M&A practice:

• A native French speaker with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• A native Dutch speaker with 4 to 6 years of experience.

• M&A transactions,
• Private equity and venture capital deals,
• Restructurings,
• Shareholders and governance matters,
• Manpack structuration.
