Bart De Moor speaker at the 3rd CERIL International Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law

Bart De Moor, partner in our Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency practice, will speak at the upcoming 3rd CERIL International Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law, taking place in Leiden, the Netherlands.

Organised by CERIL — a leading independent network of legal scholars, judges, and practitioners — the conference brings together experts committed to improving restructuring and insolvency laws across Europe.

This year’s conference, themed “Schuman 2.0 – A New Horizon for European Restructuring and Insolvency Law”, commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Schuman Declaration and reflects on its impact on EU-wide collaboration in the field of insolvency.

Bart will be speaking during Session IV on Friday 9 May, from 11:45 to 12:45, which will explore the "28th EU Regime" and the essential features needed for a future-proof insolvency framework across the European Union.
