Bart De Moor (Partner) and Marine Callebaut (Senior Associate) from our Restructuring & Insolvency Practice contributed to the #92 edition (Summer 2023) of Eurofenix, the journal of INSOL Europe.

Their contribution is entitled "Debt-to-equity swaps in reorganisation proceedings under Belgian law". The authors discuss the economic benefits and economic logic of debt-to-equity swaps in the framework of reorganisation proceedings and the upcoming Belgian legislation on this matter.
