Joanna Kolber, partner in our Dispute Resolution practice, will speak at the upcoming Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions Conference in Warsaw.

Join her on Thursday 23 May 2024, from 10.20am to 11.30am for a session on Hot topics in M&A arbitration.

Her presentation will focus on interim relief around M&A and in particular, whether and under which conditions requests for such relief should be handled before emergency arbitrators or state courts.
