Coordinated by Arie Van Hoe and Inge Van de Plas, our team took part in writing a chapter for a book on insolvency law following the transposition of the Preventive Restructuring Directive 2019/1023 in the Belgian insolvency law.

Their contribution provides insights into the extrajudicial and judicial amicable agreement under the new insolvency law.
