Katrien Vorlat will chair the upcoming ABA Business Law Fall Meeting 2024

On the occasion of the American Bar Association Business Law Fall Meeting 2024, our Corporate and M&A Partner, Katrien Vorlat, will chair with Elliot A. Greenstone the International Private Equity and Venture Capital subcommittee meeting at the ABA Business Law Fall Meeting conference that will take place in San Diego.

The subject of the session, which will take place on Friday September 13th from 8:00 to 9:00 am PST, is “Secondaries: Here they are again. Topics to consider in a cross-border setting”.
