Webinar - ESG litigation: song of the future or managing current risks for your company?

Last Tuesday, as part of the collaboration between the IBJ-IJE (Instituut voor bedrijfsjuristen - Institut des juristes d'entreprise) and Strelia, we organised a webinar on the topic of “ESG litigation: song of the future or managing current risks for your company?”.

 The omnipresent ESG must become true part of Belgian companies’ risk management and control mechanisms so as to accurately address ESG litigation risks.

Our Dispute Resolution partner, Joanna Kolber, presented the webinar which sketched the landscape of current ESG litigations in Belgium and beyond, and discussed ESG litigation types and risks for Belgian companies.
