Bart De Moor, marine Callebaut and Denajda Bajraktari contributed to the Belgian section of the New European R&I Comparison Tool launched on 16 December 2024

We are proud to announce that Bart De Moor (Partner), Marine Callebaut (Senior Associate), and Denajda Bajraktari (Associate), from our Restructuring & Insolvency practice, have made a significant contribution to the Belgian section of the newly launched European Restructuring & Insolvency Comparison Tool, launched on 16 December 2024.

This tool enables users to compare the restructuring and insolvency proceedings, tools and effects across 23 countries.

Indeed there is still no harmonisation of the insolvency and restructuring regimes across Europe and insolvency occurring in cross-border groups of companies needs to have insight in the respective applicable rules.
