The Social Intelligence and Investigation Service (SIOD) has announced targeted flash inspections across various sectors in 2025. These inspections aim to enforce compliance with social legislation and could result in penalties for serious or repeated violations.

Sector-Specific Inspection Periods:

• April – HORECA
• June – Construction (incl. metal & electrotechnics)
• August – Beauty care (especially nail salons)
• October – Meat sector
• December – Cleaning sector
