Strelia assisted IQ-EQ in its acquisition of South Watch LLC

Founded in 2016, South Watch LLC provides fund administration, outsourced CFO support, and tax preparation services for hedge funds operating in the U.S. and the Cayman Islands.

This strategic transaction enables IQ-EQ, owned by Luxembourg-based group Astorg, to expand its hedge fund services while further strengthening its presence across the Atlantic.
