Etienne de Crépy, Partner in our Banking & Finance and Corporate/M&A departments in Luxembourg, was a speaker at the conference on the subject exploring “Fiduciary companies and Luxembourg Securitization: framework, practices and advanced structuring” organized by Finix Events on December 1, 2025.

His presentation, entitled “Securitization in Luxembourg: legal framework, legal forms and practices”, covered the definitions and objectives of securitization, and addressed key questions such as: What is the difference between a “traditional” securitization transaction and a “synthetic” one?
