Jean-Pierre Fierens (Of counsel in our Dispute Resolution practice) at Strelia contributed a doctrine article to the journal Procesrecht en Bewijsrecht (Wolters Kluwer), featured in the 4th edition of 2025.

The article, titled “Enkele aspecten van de overlegging van stukken in arbitrage”, explores key considerations around truth‑finding in arbitral proceedings.
